Meet the founder
Sean Madliwa is a distinguished Founder and Chief Transformation Officer at LeadingAndChange. With a steadfast commitment to fostering growth and transformation in Africa, Sean empowers individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential. For over a decade, he has spearheaded Transformational Intelligence™ (TQ), an innovative framework driving optimal performance and results.
Sean is also recognized as a licensed Global Executive Leadership Coach at Leadership Management International, Inc., and a Gallup Certified Global Strengths Coach. Through these esteemed roles, he delivers executive coaching, leadership development, and change management solutions to a diverse global clientele.
Previously, Sean held key positions including Chief of Staff and Brand, Marketing, and Communications Leader at Deloitte Africa. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in shaping strategy, fostering innovation, and implementing effective communication strategies at scale.
Deeply committed to African advancement, Sean embodies the principles of "Ubuntu" (humanity) in all his endeavors. His mission, in alignment with his organization, focuses on empowering women, advocating for gender equality, eradicating poverty, promoting quality education, and fostering inclusive economic growth across the African continent.
